Return Eligibility
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include photos of the damaged or defective item
- Provide a description of the issue
- Wait for our response with return instructions
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable goods (such as food items)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
